That’s right, we are making a BIG move to downtown Kirkland to continue our mission of providing exceptional Real Estate experiences to our clients.
First off, I need to personally thank everyone at John L Scott RE for 10 years of job fulfillment and amazing successes. I am grateful for the training, support and mentorship I received. John L Scott is truly a first class operation and I’m fortunate to have developed many lifelong relationships while I was there. Those will continue, unabated.
This was not an easy decision, at all. Change is always difficult and I was concerned about how such a big move would affect Thomas Foy Homes. There were many months of weighing the pros and cons. There were sleepless nights grappling over my vision of the future of the business. After countless deliberations, it became clear that CBB was the perfect place to bring that vision into the light. The pros outweighed the cons by a considerable amount. The move is being made for reasons both personal and professional, always with the same end goal of providing the best service to our clients.
Here are some of the BIG reasons:
- The home office is located in downtown Kirkland (steps away from my home in a community we LOVE doing business in).
- We’ve gotten to know many Brokers in the CBB Kirkland office throughout the years and both respect and admire them. We are beyond excited to collaborate with them on a daily basis.
- We are looking to grow Thomas Foy Homes beyond WA State. It was important for us to work with a National Brokerage (International actually!). After exhaustive research, it was clear that Coldwell Banker Bain was the best fit to help us achieve that goal.
You can expect to receive the same level of personal service and expertise that has made us successful so far. We are well aware of what has enabled us to grow at such a fast pace. What has provided us with such a fantastic database of satisfied clients and referral sources. At our core, we’ve always been about ONE thing: creating those exceptional Real Estate experiences for our clients!
In the near future, we will be announcing the infusion of several “industry exclusive” services that Coldwell Banker Bain provides, ultimately enhancing our client experience even more.
